As an HRBP, youâll make that happen by coaching leaders to embed recognition into everyday team life. Thatâs why we expect our managers to use our platform daily to coach and recognize A-Playersâand your role will be to power up those managers and our platform even more. As an HR Business Partner, youâll influence global teams, drive strategic talent initiatives, and champion a culture of belonging. Youâll help global leaders create high-performing, inclusive teams where recognition and belonging are part of everyday life. This role partners with leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC, offering hybrid flexibility and exposure to diverse markets.
How you'll shape Employee Success at Achievers:
- Youâll be at the heart of shaping how our GTM and strategic teams thriveâhelping leaders unlock potential and create cultures where recognition drives performance
- Youâll coach and mentor leaders and employees on progression, opportunities, and performance.
- Build trusted partnerships with leaders to influence strategy and enable high-performing teams.
- Align People strategy with business goals, providing expert HR guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
- Coach managers to resolve challenges and create inclusive, high-trust environments that drive engagement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture where employees feel heard and valued.
- Partner with leaders on performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
- Identify talent gaps and collaborate on strategies for retention and growth.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning for critical roles.
- Empower leaders to make recognition a daily habit by coaching them to leverage our platform for real-time feedback and celebrating wins.
- Champion recognition and engagement strategies that boost retention and performance across your client groups.
- Drive DEI initiatives and create programs that elevate belonging and inclusion.
- Influence culture by using data insights to recommend actions that improve engagement and productivity.
- Use analytics to inform talent decisions and measure impact as you partner with leadership and inform decision-making.
- Lead or support HR projects that enhance processes and employee experience.
- Guide transformation projects and coach leaders through organizational shifts.

Experience we feel will set you up for success:
- Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification preferred).
- 3-4 yearsâ experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple client groups.
- Experience partnering with teams across regions such as Canada, US, Australia, or Singaporeâor a strong ability to adapt to global contexts.
- Applied knowledge of local and global employment laws--or have a strong track record for learning new legislation quickly.
- Background in SaaS or matrixed organizations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a credible, influential voice.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR systems (Dayforce experience preferred).
- Ability to manage projects and work effectively across all levels of the organization.

$90,100 - $106,000 reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on current market data. The final offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, and any relevant certifications. As with all market-based ranges, these numbers may evolve over time, but weâre committed to providing a fair and competitive offer based on what you bring to the team.
