As a Senior GTM Sales Recruiter, you'll join our Global Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in building the teams that drive our continued growth.As a trusted talent advisor, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market Sales roles while partnering closely with business leaders to attract exceptional talent. We're looking for someone who is collaborative, curious, customer-focused, and energized by solving complex hiring challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment. If you're passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Get to Do Lead full-cycle recruitment from Hiring Plan Meeting through offer acceptance.Partner with hiring leaders to develop strategic hiring plans and deliver exceptional talent through data insights and market intelligence.Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative talent attraction strategies across the United States and Canada.Deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate and hiring manager experience that reflects the Dayforce brand and values.Manage multiple searches while maintaining quality, speed, and strong communication.Partner with HR, Compensation, Finance, and business leaders to ensure a seamless hiring process.Leverage recruiting technology, data, and AI to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.Serve as a Dayforce ambassador by fostering trust, inclusion, and meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Skills and Experience We Value Experience leading full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology organization.Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative sourcing channels.Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.Experience leveraging generative AI and recruiting technologies to increase productivity and improve candidate engagement.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Dayforce Recruiting experience is an asset.Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
