Role Summary

The Timekeeping Systems Implementation Analyst supports the implementation and ongoing operations of a global time and attendance system (ADP Workforce Software). This role partners Payroll, HR, IT, and regional stakeholders to deliver system implementations, support testing and training, and maintain system configurations aligned with operational and legislative requirements.

This position requires hands-on experience with timekeeping systems, strong coordination skills, and the ability to support both implementation and post-go-live operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end implementation of Workforce Software, including planning, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and stabilization
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, and regional teams to document and translate business requirements into system configuration rules
  • Coordinate and execute testing activities (UAT, parallel, regression), including test script creation, execution, and defect tracking
  • Provide hands-on system support during implementation and post-go-live phases, including issue triage and resolution
  • Deliver training sessions (in-person & remote), including train-the-trainer programs
  • Maintain and update system configurations such as timekeeping rules, accruals, schedules, and pay rules to ensure compliance
  • Support project coordination activities, including timeline tracking, risk identification, and status updates
  • Collaborate vendor and technical teams to troubleshoot configuration issues
  • Perform data validation to ensure accurate payroll and timekeeping outcomes
  • Maintain documentation, including requirements, configurations, process flows, and training materials
  • Support ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting timekeeping/workforce system implementations
  • Strong knowledge of time & attendance and payroll processes
  • Project management and cross-functional project coordination
  • Experience with Workforce Software or similar platforms (ADP, UKG, Kronos); global exposure preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data validation (basic SQL nice to have)
