Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • 5 years of experience recruiting in deep tech, AI/ML, research, or
    specialized software engineering domains.
  • Experience sourcing, engaging, and closing AI talent.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.
  • 6 years of experience with full cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work in partnership with business leaders to improve efforts in attracting and securing outstanding talent required to solve our mission.

Your key responsibilities will be to operate as an autonomous, full-life cycle recruiter driving end-to-end talent acquisition for roles across a number of critical Google DeepMind teams in EMEA. You'll identify gaps in staffing structure (interview questions, process inefficiencies, rubrics, comp, etc.) and develop solutions that enable the business to seamlessly engage with hiring and our processes. While building strong relationships with key stakeholders, you will operate as a trusted strategic talent advisor. You'll develop and maintain talent acquisition strategies tailored to the EMEA market. Utilizing AI in everyday activities, you'll support creative thinking, efficiency and creating recruitment products which are capable of broader business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drive candidate assessment for potential roles and identify team alignment based on understanding of the organization/function and role profiles and evaluate candidate skills and client needs, screening them for interviews and managing the interview process.
  • Partner with key business leaders, recruiting, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to defined objectives.
  • Ensure accurate mapping of job postings to open headcount, identify trends/insights to influence hiring strategy and priorities, assist clients with prioritization of requisitions, reconciliation of headcount, and optimum distribution.
  • Develop and execute cross-functional targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
