Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?
We are growing our global payroll team and looking for an experienced people operations and payroll specialist or manager to support our global people operations.
This role serves as a key operational partner, ensuring payroll inputs are complete, validated, and submitted accurately, while supporting employee lifecycle changes including hires, promotions, transfers, and exits. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting multi-country payroll processes, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving workflows and data accuracy in a fast-paced, global environment. We are not seeking a payroll processor, instead we're looking for someone who is strong in HR operations, HRIS administration and employee lifecycle management beyond payroll inputs and outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Operations (EMEA & APAC)
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC in partnership with external vendors and internal teams
- Collect, review, and audit payroll-related documentation (new hires, compensation changes, bonuses, terminations, statutory leaves)
- Ensure payroll changes are accurately reflected and submitted within required timelines
- Review payroll outputs, identify discrepancies, and support resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide clear, timely support
- Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audit requirements
- Ensure payroll inputs align with employee lifecycle changes
People Operations (Global)
Employee Lifecycle
- Process employee changes including hires, promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, compliant, and properly recorded in HR systems
- Maintain accurate employee data across systems to support payroll and reporting integrity
HRIS & Process Management
- Execute and maintain People Operations workflows within the HRIS (e.g., Dayforce)
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all employee lifecycle transactions
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to reduce manual work and errors
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regional requirements
Employee Support
- Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, HR processes, and data updates
- Provide clear guidance on policies, timelines, and required documentation
- Ensure a high-quality employee experience through timely and accurate responses
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll and/or People Operations in a global organization
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll in EMEA and/or APAC regions
- Strong understanding of payroll inputs, employee lifecycle events, and data dependencies
- Experience working with external payroll vendors
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and audit mindset
- Ability to manage multiple countries, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms
