Palette Inc is a national non-profit funded in part by the Government of Canada's Sectoral Initiatives Program. Their mission is to identify mid-career workers whose jobs are threatened by automation and help transition them into high-demand careers in the innovation economy through rapid, intensive upskilling. Their vision is of an inclusive innovation economy where all workers can thrive by building on their skills and experience.
