Overview
We are looking for our location in DĂĽsseldorf for a full-time, temporary replacement for parental leave for a fixed term of 3 years as
HR Manager D/A/CH (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for all employees and managers at Publicis Re:Sources Germany
- First point of contact for CM in Poland and DĂĽsseldorf, ensuring the use of correct templates and implementation of legal requirements and changes in the templates
- Supporting key executives in all matters relating to contract drafting and related topics.
- Design and management of the entire recruitment and onboarding process for Publicis Re:Sources in Germany, including transfer projects
- Support for all processes arising in the “employee life cycle”
- Offboarding
- Support and supervision of projects on personnel-related topics (such as the implementation of new HR tools) together with our HR Director
- Trust-based cooperation with the works council in compliance with the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)
- Coordination of group reporting (CSR, HFM, and P.A.R.I.S)
- L&D for all Publicis Re:Sources employees in Germany
- Sparring partner for our group agencies on various HR topics
- Creation, implementation, analysis, and monitoring of employee surveys, e.g., conflict of interest (internal group survey)
- Deployment planning and coordination of temporary staff in close cooperation with the respective specialist department
- Responsibility for administrative tasks with a focus on data accuracy (Career Settings/Success Factors), preparation and control of payroll accounting, as well as billing of train tickets, etc.
- Coordination and implementation of C&B topics
- Ensuring compliance with our Group guidelines
Qualifications
- Completed degree in HR
- Very solid professional experience in modern human resources with a generalist approach
- Very good knowledge of german labor law
- Very good German and English skills
- Open-minded and friendly personality, ability to work in a team
- Above-average service mentality and general “hands-on” mentality
- Conscientious, accurate, and careful way of working
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Word and MS Excel
