This is a pivotal role where you'll be instrumental in shaping our culture, supporting our leaders, and driving our growth through exceptional talent acquisition.
What You'll Do:
- Be a trusted strategic HRBP to our managers, helping them achieve their business goals.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to development and retention.
- Spearhead our end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying and attracting top-tier tech and digital professionals.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support our organizational vision.
- Guide and support managers in all HR-related matters, including change management and employee relations.
Responsibilities
What We're Looking For:
âś… Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a medium-sized technology company.
âś… Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including targeted sourcing, specifically for tech and digital roles.
âś… A deep understanding of employment law and employee relations.
âś… A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for people!
