Company Description

Founded in 1926 by Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, today Publicis Groupe is the second largest communications group in the world and a leader in marketing, communication, and digital business transformation, led by Arthur Sadoun, the third CEO in its history.

With almost 100,000 people in over 100 countries, the Groupe has several solutions hubs: Creative with Publicis Communications, Media with Publicis Media, Production with Global Production and Prodigious, Digital business transformation with Publicis. Sapient, data with Epsilon and Health & Wellbeing with Publicis Health.

Since 2014 and the acquisition of Sapient, Publicis Groupe has undergone a profound transformation by scaling a new model connecting data, creativity, and technology.

This model, with a country led approach, is called the “Power of One” and gathers all the capabilities of the Groupe under one roof, putting clients at the core of the organisation.

It breaks down the silos between Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, and Publicis. Sapient, making them work seamlessly and efficiently to help clients transform marketing and business at scale.

Overview

We are hiring a HR Manager (internally referred to as a Talent Partner) to support a globally dispersed population within a complex, fast‑moving part of the business. This role sits at the heart of people operations and talent partnering, with a strong emphasis on compensation accuracy, data integrity, and trusted day‑to‑day ownership.

Reporting closely into the CTO, this is an opportunity to step into a role with real autonomy and visibility, where you will be trusted to manage ambiguity, bring structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and act as a credible partner to senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, takes pride in getting things right, and wants to build strong working relationships while shaping how people processes operate in practice.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage core people processes, with a particular focus on compensation, data accuracy, review cycles, bonuses, and benchmarking
  • Act as the HR partner to a senior client group, supporting hiring, performance, pay, and bonus activity with sound judgement and confidence
  • Partner closely with Compensation & Benefits teams across the wider network, navigating different regional approaches and influencing outcomes
  • Manage new hire requests, approvals, and people‑related processes, identifying opportunities to improve structure and efficiency
  • Prepare clear, accurate analysis and materials (often Excel‑based) to support decision‑making and senior stakeholder discussions
  • Support the CTO on people‑related projects and communications, translating complexity into clear and practical delivery
  • Contribute to culture and connection across geographically spread teams, ensuring information flows clearly and consistently

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an HR Manager, Talent Partner, or people operations role with strong exposure to compensation and data‑led work
  • Experienced in working in the advertising, communications or marketing sectors
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working with spreadsheets, numbers, and people data
  • Ability to operate confidently in ambiguity, thinking ahead and bringing solutions
  • Strong organisational and critical‑thinking skills, with the confidence to manage complexity independently
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and building credibility through sound judgement and consistency
  • Comfortable working across global populations with differing structures and approaches to people processes
  • A proactive, self‑starting mindset, with the desire to take ownership and make the role your own
