Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are partnering with a fast-growing Canadian company that is expanding its internal recruiting team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring for operational roles.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, building strong hiring pipelines, and delivering a great candidate experience from first contact through offer.

This is a full-time contract role with the potential to convert to permanent based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for operational roles, from sourcing through offer

• Conduct interviews and support new hire onboarding

• Proactively source candidates using multiple channels

• Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system

• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve hiring processes

• Help develop recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives

• Contribute ideas to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

• Experience sourcing candidates proactively

• Comfortable managing multiple roles at once in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience working with an ATS (Rippling ideally)

• Ability to work independently and improve processes

Nice to Have

• Bilingual (English/French)

• Experience in a startup or agency environment

• Familiarity with recruitment automation, workflows, or AI tools

Work Model

Hybrid environment with 3 days per week in office.
