Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are partnering with a fast-growing Canadian company that is expanding its internal recruiting team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring for operational roles.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, building strong hiring pipelines, and delivering a great candidate experience from first contact through offer.
This is a full-time contract role with the potential to convert to permanent based on performance.
What You’ll Do

Manage the full recruitment cycle for operational roles, from sourcing through offer

Conduct interviews and support new hire onboarding

Proactively source candidates using multiple channels

Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system

Partner with internal stakeholders to improve hiring processes

Help develop recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives

Contribute ideas to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

Experience sourcing candidates proactively

Comfortable managing multiple roles at once in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience working with an ATS (Rippling ideally)

Ability to work independently and improve processes
Nice to Have

Bilingual (English/French)

Experience in a startup or agency environment

Familiarity with recruitment automation, workflows, or AI tools
Work Model
Hybrid environment with 3 days per week in office.
