What We're Looking For

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, proactive, candidate-first Recruitment Coordinator to join us on a part-time contract basis for 10-20 hours per week. You'll be the connective tissue of our hiring process, keeping candidates informed and excited, schedules running smoothly, and our recruiting engine moving without a hitch. This is an impactful role for someone who takes initiative without being asked and holds themselves to an exceptionally high standard.

What You'll Do

  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end for 6-8 roles at once, coordinating across candidates, interviewers, and time zones with speed and precision.

  • Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

  • Maintain and update candidate records and pipeline data in our ATS, keeping everything accurate and up to date.

  • Proactively identify and flag process bottlenecks, bringing solutions rather than just problems.

  • Communicate via email with candidates and via Slack with the internal team. Must be willing to hop on the phone and call a candidate if the situation requires.

  • Support the recruiting team with ad hoc coordination tasks and ATS optimization tasks as needs evolve.

Required for this Role

  • 2+ years of prior experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar recruiting operations role.

  • Experience supporting multiple role levels, including both in-person and remote interview scheduling.

  • Experience with ATS scheduling (Ashby is a strong plus).

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, self-directed work style; you anticipate needs and act on them before being asked.

  • Warm and candidate-centric; you understand that every interaction shapes how someone feels about our company.

  • Highly responsive, treating timely follow-through as a core part of the job.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a part-time, async-friendly setup.

  • Curiosity around AI as the team is implementing AI-first tools.
