Organization Overview
A fast-growing, founder-led consumer products company in the beauty and personal care space. The organization is headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area, has a lean team of fewer than 25 employees, recently completed a major brand refresh, and is currently scaling rapidly with multiple hires planned across a variety of functions.
Position Summary
We are seeking a GTA-based fractional recruiter with startup and scale-up experience to support us through an active hiring surge following a recent rebrand. This role will own full-cycle recruiting across 10 open positions — with 6 urgent hires — relieving an overwhelmed leadership team from screening and initial interviews, providing objective market rate guidance to replace misaligned agency relationships, and serving as a trusted thought partner on org design as the company rebuilds and grows.
