With a global footprint and a non-commissioned, values-driven culture, we are scaling our go-to-market team in North America and need immediate recruiting support to maintain pipeline momentum during a planned leave.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced fractional recruiter to provide sourcing and first-screen support across three active, in-flight roles. With a TA partner on leave, this role is critical to keeping candidate pipelines moving and ensuring we continue to make a strong first impression with top talent. The engagement is scoped for 6 weeks with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management

Own and manage active candidate pipelines across three open roles in Greenhouse ATS

Screen, disqualify, or advance candidates quickly and consistently

Prioritise momentum on in-flight roles to prevent pipeline stall
Sourcing

Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter for SaaS-focused go-to-market roles

Build and maintain pipelines for Director, CSM, and Account Management profiles
Process & Coordination

Ensure a smooth, timely candidate experience throughout the funnel

Coordinate interviews and communications between candidates and hiring managers

Provide concise, objective candidate summaries to support hiring decisions
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in full-cycle or sourcing-focused recruiting, ideally in SaaS

Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (or comparable modern ATS)

Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Navigator

Ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously with speed and accuracy

Clear, professional candidate communication — you are our first impression

Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding

GTA-based with ability to work hybrid if needed

Available to begin immediately
