Position Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter with 2–3 years of full-cycle experience to provide embedded recruiting support across a growing portfolio of junior, intermediate and specialized roles.

The immediate priority is to support a capacity surge across Customer Support by hiring frontline roles within the next 6–8 weeks with the flexibility to expand support to other corporate, technical, and operational functions as hiring priorities shift. This engagement will enable the internal recruiter to focus on executive and senior searches.

The successful candidate will directly own end-to-end hiring manager relationships across multiple internal teams, adapting quickly to different department needs.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Own hiring processes from intake through offer acceptance across various business units.

Candidate Assessment & Experience

• Manage applicant pipelines in Lever ATS, conduct recruiter screens, and assess candidates against technical, operational, and role-specific requirements.

• Maintain a high candidate quality bar, prioritizing problem-solving skills, strong communication, and adaptability for high-growth tech environments..

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a technology environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across multiple diverse hiring managers simultaneously.

• Strong experience hiring Customer Support, Operations, Client Success, or comparable business roles.

• Ability to manage high-volume applicant pipelines while maintaining candidate quality.

• Comfortable working in Google Workspace, Slack, and Lever ATS.

• Available to begin immediately.
